Cancelling Your Order
If you would like to cancel your order, we encourage you to contact our customer service team as soon as possible:

If you have cancelled the order before it has been dispatched then you will be eligible for a full refund, which will be processed within 7–15 business days of cancellation.
If your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the items to us before we can issue a refund. Once we receive the returned goods in unopened condition, we will process a refund for the product value (excluding postage and packaging charges) within 7–15 business days to your original payment method.
Your Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you or someone you nominate receives the goods.
